Duometrix Store Policies

1. Terms and Conditions

By purchasing and using Duometrix software, you agree to the following licensing terms:

• License Scope: Each license purchased for $49 USD grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to run the software exclusively on the single computer whose unique Computer ID was provided at the time of purchase.
• Hardware Binding: Licenses are permanently bound to the specific Computer ID provided during ordering. Licenses cannot be transferred to another CPU, hardware configuration, or machine.
• No Networking: Simultaneous use across a network or remote installation for multi-user access is strictly prohibited under a single license.
• Restrictions: Reverse engineering, decompiling, renting, sublicensing, or redistributing the software or generated license keys is forbidden.

2. Privacy Policy

Duometrix respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

• Information Collected: When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and target Computer ID(s).
• How We Use Your Data: Collected information is used solely to generate software licenses, process transactions through our reseller FastSpring, and provide customer support.
• Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Payments and transactions are processed securely via FastSpring.
• Data Security: We implement standard security measures to store order logs and generated licenses securely.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of software license keys:

• Digital Fulfillment: Because license keys are generated immediately upon order completion and tied permanently to your Computer ID, sales are generally final.
• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are granted if a duplicate order was placed by mistake or if a technical failure on our end prevents key delivery that cannot be resolved by support within 7 business days.
• Support Assistance: If you experience issues activating your key, please verify that the correct Computer ID was supplied, and contact support@duometrix.com for assistance.
